SectorOS ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by SectorOS, based in Melbourne, Australia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use SectorOS at getsector.app and app.getsector.app.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: Name and email address when you register.
• Session data: CSV or XRK files you upload from your data logger, and the analysis we generate from them.
• Billing information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Usage data: Basic analytics on how you use the app (pages visited, features used). No advertising trackers.

2. How we use your information

• To provide and improve the SectorOS service
• To send you trial lifecycle emails (only after you sign up)
• To process payments via Stripe
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored on servers hosted by Render (United States). We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorised access.

4. Session data

The CSV and XRK files you upload are processed and stored on your account. You can delete sessions at any time from your dashboard. If you close your account, your data is deleted within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your rights (Australian Privacy Act)

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
