Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SectorOS, operated by SectorOS ("we", "us", or "our"), ABN: 82 680 476 797, Melbourne, Australia. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

SectorOS is a karting data analysis platform. You can upload session data from compatible devices, view analysis, and manage your racing records. We provide the platform "as is" and may update or change features at any time.

2. Your account

• You must be 13 years or older to use SectorOS.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts to abuse free trial limits.
• One account per person.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day Pro trial at no charge. No credit card is required to start. At the end of your trial, your account reverts to the free tier unless you subscribe. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial offer at any time.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at AUD $19/mo.
• Teams subscriptions are billed monthly at AUD $40/mo.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card is charged at the start of each billing period.
• You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Your data

You own your session data. We do not claim ownership over any files you upload. We store your data to provide the service and will not share it with third parties. You can delete your data at any time from your account settings.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use SectorOS to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform
• Circumvent subscription limits or access restrictions
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, SectorOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SectorOS. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SectorOS after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
