In Race Studio 3, right-click your session in the session list, then choose Export and select RaceStudio 2 CSV. The export takes about 10 seconds. Then drag and drop the CSV file onto your SectorOS dashboard.

When you create an account you get 14 days of full Pro access. No credit card required. At the end of your trial your account moves to the free tier (3 sessions lifetime). You can upgrade to Pro at any time from your account settings.
Go to your billing page inside the app and click Manage billing. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel at any time. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
No. Your session data stays on your account even if you downgrade or cancel. You'll just lose the ability to upload new sessions beyond the free tier limit of 3.
Make sure you're connected to the MyChron WiFi hotspot (the SSID usually starts with AiM_). The device IP is typically 10.0.0.1. Turn on your MyChron first, wait about 10 seconds for the hotspot to appear, then connect your laptop before opening SectorOS.
Yes. SectorOS is mobile responsive and works in your phone's browser. For the best experience uploading and reviewing sessions, we recommend a laptop or tablet.
Make sure you're exporting as RaceStudio 2 CSV (not RaceStudio 3 format). The file should have columns like GPS_Speed, GPS_Latitude, RPM, etc. If you're still having trouble, email us and attach the CSV and we'll take a look.
